By uploading your recording and providing your personal information, you consent to Australian Radio Network Pty Ltd ABN 95 065 986 987 and its related entities (ARN) collecting, handling and disclosing your personal information in accordance with this collection notification statement and its privacy policy. Any information you supply, including personal information, as part of your recording is subject to ARN’s privacy policy. You as the ‘recorder’ acknowledge and agree that your recording and personal information will be collected for the purpose of including in The Pool Room Podcast with Australian Radio Network (the ‘Podcast’), and otherwise in accordance with ARN’s privacy policy. Your personal information will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided it or for a reasonably expected related purpose and we will not disclose it without your consent, including overseas, unless authorised or required by law. We may use the information collected about and from you for a variety of business purposes such as to respond to your queries and requests, to verify your identity, and to communicate with you about your recording. 

By providing ARN with your recording using this site [telbee.io] you confirm the arrangement between you and ARN and give permission for ARN to use your recording for the Podcast to be distributed on all media applications and platforms, including podcast platforms. This permission extends to (without limitation): 

Broadcasting of the recording in the Podcast, including for promotional use; 

and applies in all media, in perpetuity. 

You further agree to the following: 

1. You warrant you are over 18 years of age; 
2. Submission of your recording does not guarantee its inclusion in the Podcast; this decision will be made at ARN’s discretion; all representations, information, opinions or statements provided to ARN must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief; all right, title and interest, including copyright, in the recording will be owned exclusively by ARN;  
3. ARN may edit the recording for inclusion in the Podcast in its absolute discretion; 
4. You accept all risks associated with your participation in the recording and understand that such acknowledgment is a condition prior to taking part in any capacity. 
5. That your participation, supply of and uploading of the recording is entirely your choice, you understand your participation may result in further publicity; 
6. That you for yourself, your executors, administrators and other personal representatives acknowledge that ARN, its servants and agents and all persons authorised by it will not be responsible or liable for any claim, cost, loss or expense whatsoever in respect of my participation in the interview. 

We reserve the right to make changes to this Policy at any time. We encourage you to regularly review this Policy to make sure you are aware of any changes and how your information may be used.
